Artists interested in performing at SNWMF should send their promo packets to the address below.  Please only send materials that are commercially available (no CD-Rs).

Vendors
If you are a new vendor and would like to be considered for 2009, please email us a description of wares/food to be sold, along with your mailing address.  SNWMF will forward an application to those vendors who offer unique items for sale.  

Volunteers
SNWMF could not exist without the efforts of volunteers.  Individuals interested in volunteering for this year's festival for the first time should download the Volunteer information guide and if you have any questions, please email the volunteer coordinator. Last years volunteers will be mailed applications and information. If you have moved since last year you must email us your new address.
