At work yesterday afternoon I was listening to the February 28th podcast - with all those nice ones esp- Proteje, Royals, Justin Hinds, Itals, Dahweh, Claudius Linton, Tuff Scout, ERoots and Water, and that incredible Freddy Mckay cut courtesy of Linval.

Anyway, my bossman comes in this morning and says, 'Hey Ken, turn on your music, it's too quiet in here.' So I had some lame country rock station playing low that I turned up a little and he says 'No, I meant that stuff that you were playing yesterday.' I won't be getting a raise anytime soon, but at least I can jam Shocks Of Sheba at the office now. (:D

the community SERIOUS came out for me. it is a blessing, I was able to purchase 5 chiropractic visits from all the money raised. truely amazing and YES I DID MISS THAT ANNOUNCEMENET!! thank you miss skeeto! you are such a gem, i FULLY apprecialove it. Yes, the show went late. I was home tweeting and fb'ing about it. Hoping that I am well enough to make it to the Mykal Rose-Sister Carol show and Midnite shows coming up!

Somewhat ironically, it was one of my trusty little M&K Vx-7's. Good thing I still have that old Paradigm sub:)

i'm pretty sure you mean the tune called "you don't have to be like them" by boom viniyard ; yes, great lyrics! we got it on a promotional mp3, but it looks like it is also on reggae gold 2012. if you google it, there is a youtube video of it.
