Virtually EVERY festival poster I have seen (including all SNWMF posters) state "Lineup Subject to Change", so I'm not certain as to why you would find this odd.

Below is the flyer from last year's Reggae Legends. It was posted on 12/17. While I did not attend, the reviews and photos I've seen of last year's festival indicate that everyone on the bill appeared at the festival except for Alika. &$#@ can happen and, while there are some unscrupulous promoters out there who put names on 'the bill' that are not contracted to perform, I'm not aware of Makeda Dread having ever done that.
