Anyone know where to catch some real nice shows on the island?? I don't really want those touristy spots filled with Americans and frat boys that could care less about the music.. Tho we are planning to spend a few days in negril.. But catching at least one real show is very important to me.. The time of year you were planning on going there's gonna be a fair amount of soundsytem parties and that kinda thing, but not many live band kinda shows.

The best way to find shows in JA really is just keep an eye open for flyers on the road and word of mouth.
