Is it going to happen this year? Hasn't since '89.

Bring it on, only without any quake interruptions please!

That would possibly re-spark my interest in MLB
Used to be all about the a's when Rickey Henderson played for them....

Any excuse to (urinate) on the Giants' grave is good enough for me.
After last night, I don't know what else the A's can do to top themselves....except win.

Grave???
Cincinnati was waving their white rally (read surrender) flags from the day we got there.
The Reds really bit the big one, no playoff victories at home for you.
SF Giants are alive and well for atleast another round.
Crazy rally last night for St, Louis to pull it out.
Cards and Giants sunday in the City...
we're happy cuz the series count starts back at 0-0, what an advantage!!!
Classic baseball in the AL as well with Tigers vs Yankees...
Wall Street versus the motor city...
either team will be tough to conquer in the next round.

San Francisco in the World Series! Pitching looks good! They are scoring runs! Even Zito pitched shut out baseball over 7 2/3 innings the other night!! Should be a fun world series. Wish that Verlander and Cain could match up against each other.

You haven't been right once yet......perhaps you should stay away from sports prognostication....

Im fine with being wrong but it is worth pointing out that with out Verlander the Tigers basically lost the series imo. I love baseball but am not rabid about one team so that is the nature of things in baseball, it does not all ways turn out the way you expected and then if you love the game you stay tuned in but if you are just in it for a team then your season is over. But hey thanks for pointing it out, good thing i dont bet eh?
