Just really sad that Oregon failed. Also cant believe we didnt even get labelling GMOs on the ballot.

don't make the same mistake the Republican's make thinking that the issues that move you are the one's that move the Nation. Obama was elected cause more people trust him more then Romney. End of Story.

As to the legalization in Oregon....no structure...with Herb Law you need some stucture (people need to be able to regulate and make loot) or the law will not pass. You need "friends" to make it work and those friends like to get paid. This is still a capitalist country.
