i'm pulling for jah shaka, ras kush, stur-gav, waggy-t, downbeat the ruler....
i'd enjoy addies or jaro playing all their old dubs from deep in the box that people seem to think they don't play....

mostly, i'm begging for some foundation artists rocking the mic inna dance...
doing it the way it all started... run versions and pass the mic round...

This might be way out of left field but I would love to see dj childs/project groundation movement (pgm) either in the dance hall, backing up someone on stage or in between sets. I would also like to see mighty crown.

Funny... I was thinking the same ting ~> I'd def. like to see DownBeat in the Dance 1s again~.> Def. FOUNDATION !!!

Definately a night of Mad Professor Engineering heavy Bass. I've see Waggy Tfrom Miami, maaaaaad dubs, I dont mind Stone Love as long as its not Rory. Stur Guv and Daddy U Roy Toasting would be the @#$%&!~ Jah Shaka would bring deep bass!!!!

Well, we all know Stone Love with Rory will be there so the real question is who the other Sound/DJ will be. I'm guessing Jah Shaka or Downbeat and really, really hoping I'm right. Maybe we can get some chat pon the mic while Rory is playing....Seems like a lot of people would then look forward to Rory.

I have a friend that saw mungos recently in melbourne AUS and he has been raving about the show ever since...would love to see them with pupa jim

Bobby Hustle was very good at NWWRF last year. Dancehall scene isnt my thing but I was blown away by Rodigan in 08!

Well we all seem to be in (for the most part) agreement! Only one that doesn't get me going is Waggy T - too many name drops/sound effects/short samples for me, but I suppose that's what people expect these days.

Would like to check out Iration Steppas, and Aba-Shanti or Shaka are both always welcome! Would also like to see one of the featured sounds bring their own setup, or at very least their own preamp. Be nice to hear a signature sound - sounding correct!

PLEASE BOOK THE LEGEND RODIGAN AND THE KING RORY FROM STONELOVE. EVERYTIME THEY PLAY A SESSION IT'S LIKE GOING TO CLASS AND CATCHING SOME DANCING VIBES AT THE SAME TIME. Maybe not a lot of people have heard of this man, but he could be a less expensive alternative to other Roots & Dub sounds without sacrificing one bit of teaching and vibes...

That is what blew me away about Rodigan in 2008, he took us on a tour of the history of reggae music. I just sat and listened and soaked it all in. Still one of the best nights I have ever had at a festival.

Roots Ting (and Murray Man) would definitely be great to have come along as well.
A long time bredrin from back when I lived in Europe, I had suggested many times back in the days, for him to come run session in Cali, but I kept hearing that he wouldn't play without his own sound. Considering that in the video he is playing pon the Blackboard Jungle sound maybe the vibes have changed and that if there is a proper system that can be provided he would be open to play.

So you all excited for the dancehall annoucements? Jah Shacka seemed to be an artist a lot wanted to see. I am excited. So I have a question. Parden my ignorance. When you say Stone Love, is he not the DJ. Who is Rory? I have seen posts saying I am okay with Stone love as long as it is not Rory.

Stone Love has more than one selector. Rory is the man who has been playing at SNWMF. He is 100% bonafide and represents Stone Love without sparing any authenticity or vibrations. IMHO!

I saw Stone Love with Rory in 08, I would Imagine it was Rory but anyway Stone Love and Rodigan in 08 was my first real dancehall experience and I was blown away. Have not been back since 08 and cannot wait for Jah Shacka and Stone Love.
