That Superman and Spider War Disease has been an old rusty favorite of mine from ever and ever. Had their album from way back and it had two other crazy tunes on the album, can recall the name of it tho.

Octagon, War Disease is a fast chat classic. Spiderman and Superman were an excellent tag team when they were at their best . I've listened to the rest of their lp on Outernational and I can't say i was too impressed with the tracks besides War Disease. What was very surprising to me is that Outernational Records was located near to me in Lakebay, Washington! One of the fellows behind the label, whom I've unsuccessfully tried to contact a few times, ran a mail order reggae store. Another big surprise to me was that Superman relaunched his career in the UK under the sobriquet Sandeeno.

Thanks for listening Juan , aka, and others. RUBA DUB all the time is right!

yeah billy, charlie morgan was a great guy to order/bid records through. the man has plenty knowledge. back in the day you'd get sound samples on cassette!

yeah, the age is really showing.

can't wait to check this proper; there are tons of cuts I have no clue about! and yes, just like AKA says, just adds to the want-list.

I'm jealous! Online hunting can be occasionally rewarding but I imagine deals were much more common in the pre-popsike era. I can remember when EB finally added soundclips at least, haha. Too bad it was after I bought many of those terribly mangled Powerhouse and Cornerstone reissues. sad smiley
