We work to express the full potential of Word Sound & Power in reggae music; Words of message and upliftment, and sounds of depth and emotion with quality and lucidity. Communicating to the mind while moving the body, ultimately working to stimulate spiritual experience; mystical, meditational, and transcendent.... The Inner Standing Sound is a custom designed and hand built, 4-way, 20 Kilowatt Dub Reggae Sound System. We play in the tradition of Roots and Culture Reggae Sounds like Jah Shaka, Aba Shanti, and King Shiloh, searching out, creating, and selecting potent message tunes; from vinyl classics to unreleased dub plates; fine tuning the frequencies for deep round bass and crisp and sweet mids and highs. We work closely with an international community of cutting edge dub producers and feature our close family of singers in our productions and live in session. Furthermore we incorporate live art, creation of alters, crystal and orgonite grids, burning of holy incense, ital & fermented food and drink, art and craft vending, edifying books and dvds, and many healing modalities to fulfill the vision... While we come from a Rastafari foundation, we see the universal nature and value of the message of truth and right, wholistic impartial love, and personal accountability, and work to make this essence accessible to all people...
