I think the rock stone sample is taken from Bob Marley "talking blues"

I totally agree. I actually forgot about Stephens part, seems to get cut out on most mixes or show rotations...Capleton and Sizzla are absolutley wicked on the track though...

Yeah it's more like a whole verse used.

Tune, riddum and video is hard. I cant stand dubstep as a whole but this treatment is sick very tasty and flavorful. However they should def do a full EDM mix and a pure reggae mix.

what about earl zero !

this is his "none shall escape the judgement riddim"

first he got @#$%& by bunny lee and now he's being @#$%& by stephen marley

if zero and levi don't get composer credit, then it's all pure "ginnalship going on" !

Regular thing for reggae. Reggae, melodies, chord progression, style and pattern is always copied as we move through the ages. Same thing with the pop elements, in the 70's it was reggae with rock and roll, in the 80s it was reggae with techno, in the 90's it was reggae with techno, and now we have reggae mixed up with dubstep.

100% agree with this.

I even enjoyed Capleton's part; Sizzla less so but respect is due anyways.

Capleton's looking a little grizzled.

Capleton's looking a little grizzled.

yeah.. when he came to houston a few years ago, i say him up close while passing through a small hallway.
i noticed he looked much older and very tired.. much different than the look from 1999 when i saw him at hollywood park casino.. also in 2003-2004 at canes..

i still say that hollywood park show with sizzla was THE BEST i have ever seen. no if ands or buts.. at that time the whole 'fiya bun' thing was at its height.. and behind that was a large stream of energy.. exciting times indeed.

i got my first major IT job in 97/98.. at the height of the first tech bubble.. i had my own office, would close the door, and would play nuff culture mix tapes.. no cds.. but mix tapes.. my first 'real' check i bought the whole tape list from some record shop out of DC.. i forget the name.. but it was something like 'downsound records' or something like that.
