I cant find any pics of the camping situation online. Where can i see pics of campers at their sites? If camping onsite, we camp next to our vehicle? That would be sweet.

are you talking about at the Brewery?

If so.. yes.. it is nice.. flat.. plenty of shaded space. First come first serve.. not crowded at all.. camp next to your car with ample space.. Tasting Room is open most of the day and eve.. they have had a couple food trucks the past couple years. Plenty of port a potties in site.

yeah.. car camping.. super close but also a lot of fun.. I think they have showers (take that for what it is) as well as lots of pissers. You just have to be geared up for the sound. I have stayed there a couple times... my lasting memory is Bun and Cheese trying to wake the dead (slumbering co camper) with Tommy Lee out of that mobile speaker.. The Dead were not waking

Camping on site is the worst. You get a 20x10 site and your car takes up 3/4 of that space. You have room for a canopy and a tent under that canopy. It’s a cluster }=•~€. Would not recomend it.

yeah.. it is far from the worst... it is tight but everyone is cool (for the most part) and honestly.. unless you are into walking.. it is much closer to the venue than the Brewery. I am good walking so the 3/4 mile walk isn't a thing

Ok, thanks guys. I might have to get two camps. It is a bit odd that the internet, the worldwide web has no photos of SNWMF camping from the past 24 years.........?

that is strange... I just put in snwmf camping.. and one "drone shot" of the whole set up came through.. camping is at the top of the photo.. If I had an ounce of technical skill I would have just posted it here... but alas.. in feudal Japan they don't have this kind of technology

That is too funny. I wasn’t saying that the size of the show was like Coachella, I was saying that the camping setup was like Coachella. One spot only for your car and tent.

Sorry for the misrepresentation and yes, sometimes overdramatic. Lol.

2 questions about camping at Anderson Valley Brewery -

For those of you who have camped there before, their website says 'no amplified music'. So does that mean you can't listen to your boombox at your campsite?

Also, it says 'no bikes'. I was thinking about biking back and forth from the festival. Is that not allowed?

Thanks - Matt

I have stayed there a few times. I always just walked my bike to the road and no one said anything. The music thing is all about respect. So if you are annoying someone they reserve the right to pull the plug. I love staying at AVB.

Cool - I don't need to rock the whole campground with my boombox. It's just nice to have some tunes while hanging out.

In fact, I'd like to camp there mostly because of the opposite of this rule at the festival camping. Last time I was there a couple years ago, that demon black bus kept bumping dubstep at *mach ten and tormenting everybody.

* not literally =D
