Cap ole bean, that track is not phaser drenched Ark stuff at all but a dig at Joe Gibbs in Scratch's inimitable mocking style. It's one of Perry's best but bears little relationship to the Congoes or Max Romeo.
just recently got that nice gregory isaacs "classic" double album and really dig those over-pahsed-ping-pong-technique-mixed-down-style tracks. this is what perry stands for (in my humble book :-)) so i was wondering what's up with the funny bwai stuff. couldn't be aresed to look up in katz's book though :-)
