keith, on the other hand, often appears to be the happiest person in the world.

see, mick seems to care about money fame and glory, and staying young.

keith on the other hand seems to care about music and people, looks and fame be damned.

theres a big difference there, with the predictable outcome.

"wasnt looking too good but was feeling real well"...thats the secret right there.

Charlie's good tonight though isn't he.......

Always found it of note that Keith, burning-candles-@both-ends-with-a-blowtorch-in-the-middle lifestyle notwithstanding, apeears to be a real one-woman at a time kind of guy.

Keith's cool, so is Charlie. Jagger's a vain, self-obsessed man and Ronnie Wood's a fool.

Observer

ronnie wood is another one who seems to love living life, so im not sure "fool" is the best descriptor. after all, he basically is doing better in many ways than the whole of us put together and he smiles a lot.

he is also probably the most like any of us from a music (reggae) loving perspective.

he is sidelined often in the stones but when he puts his mind to it he can (and has) played some great guitar. i respect the guy for staying with it as long as he has...and rarely whining in public about his lot in life, something we could all strive to emulate.
