i'm a reggae fan, I love Jamaican music and in the last month
i've been trying to learn more about "Ragga/Dancehall", but I
can only find info about ska, reggae, etc...

Does anyone know where I may find information about Ragga
music ?

Also, I would love to know more about Sound Systems and all that,
since i'm a deejay, I like to know the origins of the things I like smiling smiley

Here is a good book that explains the history and evolution of reggae. "Roots, Rock, Reggae an oral history of reggae music" by Chuck Foster. This book wil explain all styles of reggae from the beggining with rocksteady and ska up to reggae in america. I cant say enough about this book I am constintly looking back at it as I see new artist, so I can read about them first.

check out david katz's "solid foundation" for a solid foundation in dancehall sound systems from back in the 50s up till the mid 80s

I would also recommend:

"Wake the Town and Tell the People...Dancehall Culture in Jamaica " a book by Norman C. Stolzoff
