QuoteMarleyLuv I going to be in San Francisco this year for 420... I am going to Hippie Hill during the day but at night I have no plans anyone no of any parties that night or events going on .. In my opion Hippie Hill on 420 has gotten way to "hood" over the years. It's all about Thugz and the Haight St. kids trying to hussle their "treats".by rappy heggae - SNWMF Phorum 2013
Quoterossta8888 I am with Jcom and Nomo! Army is huge. Rasta Awake has become one of my favorite albums out of the VI. Dredlocks time just arrived in the mail yesterday so I only got one listen through but it is amazing as you would expect. I am holding my breath he gets announced at NWWRF. There is a slot available in-between Perfect and Kabbaka Pyramid and Chronixx. That would be huge!by rappy heggae - SNWMF Phorum 2013
QuoteDaniel QuoteI'm happy to see Reggae come home but for $250 with this lineup, I'll pass... Just to be clear, the cost of ROTR is $190 for the 3-day event, which includes camping. The additional charge is for people who want to get there a day early (which is not an option at SNWMF). If you don't care for the lineup, that's fine, but no need to 'inflate' the cost. Personally, I LOVE Tarrby rappy heggae - SNWMF Phorum 2013
The ROTR news letter I received is calling Tarrus Riley, Julian Marley and Morgan Heritage their '' Heavyweight Headliners". There will be more bands announced but these are definitely the headliners. I'm happy to see Reggae come home but for $250 with this lineup, I'll pass...by rappy heggae - SNWMF Phorum 2013
Quotewestafari For some weird reason ROTR 2013 is not listing the line-up on the website. I went through FB and wrote down the line-up so far. It is OK, but could be way better. Let me knwo if there are any I missed. They are calling this the "home coming." SNWMF is still KING!!!!! Quotewilliemon Are there any places in town to park your car(other than on the festival grounds) for the weekend if you're planning on coming up Saturday? A friend of mine is planning to come up on saturday but will be camping with us at the festival and just needs a place to safely park his car until Monday. Bless!! Plenty of parking around town, just be respectful of the town folk.by rappy heggae - SNWMF Phorum 2013
Quotewestafari You can get a DUI from other things now days. They treat everything the same. Lame but true. Even the ganja. CHP is on that road. Easy Pickens. Saw them twice last year. There's Ganga at reggae festivals?by rappy heggae - SNWMF Phorum 2013

Quotewestafari How about a DUI over not getting a DUI. That one is easy. Stay at AVBC. I was thinking the same thing. Seems like Johnny Law would be out in full force on the road back to Hendy.by rappy heggae - SNWMF Phorum 2013

Quoterossta8888 On that CA Roots festival why are Rootz Underground and Don Carlos so far down on the flyer?? Those are way better artists IMO than any of the headliners. QuoteReggabe All I know is I'm glad they moved from Angel's Camp... that place sucked! Angels Camp was by far the worst venue as of yet, to small and way to dusty. Quoterossta8888 Thanks Westafari! I am going to check out AVB today and see if they are selling camping spots yet. Sounds like a perfect area to camp for SNWMF!! Excited for this year! I would recommend AVB over camping inside the festival. No offense to SNWMF but the camping is a joke, WAY TO CROWDED. I heard the same thing. I was looking at the permit and it looks like they are only allowing for 4,000 on site campers with 6000 total tickets being sold. Hopefully the smaller crowds can keep the vibez on point. Also, no crosswalk to get across the highway.by rappy heggae - SNWMF Phorum 2013
