no it would be bait and switch like another festival if they advertised these artists without ever having a signed contract.... this is just us immigration department totally sucking.

2:30am. you will have plenty of time to see the full marley show and still see some of downbeats set.... i can't imagine any sound would mind having a guest mc of that caliber chat pon their set.... it sure didn't seem like tony screw minded last time he was in boomville and sugar took up the mic.... selecta......... run the riddim!
