The episode where the guy from Vallejo goes North is classic. It may have been the editing, but that guy came off as a real ass and is making the mediindustry look...well pretty lame.by Mikey J. - SNWMF Phorum 2013

Many of you have had the pleasure to meet him over the years as he has made the pilgrimage to the festival every year since the original venue in Marysville. Please keep Eric in your thoughts as he travels his road to recovery. He will be at this years festival so many of you can see him once agaiby Mikey J. - SNWMF Phorum 2013

Quoterossta8888 Nice Mikey J thank you for sharing! How was the show in San Luis Obispo? beatiful part of california. I am so looking forward to their show in Portland. Ryan is wicked on that bass! The show was great. I don't listen to much of their studio stuff aside from Hebron Gate, but typcially enjoy their live performances for the shear level of musicianship that they bring to the stagby Mikey J. - SNWMF Phorum 2013
Quoterossta8888 Must have been in Europe. They didn't play in the states I believe. I played a show with them in San Luis Obispo, CA this past Feb or March. Ryan had told me that they were planning on touring abroad and returning in the Fall to the US in support of their latest release. Mikey J.by Mikey J. - SNWMF Phorum 2013

Been wanting to make the trip north for this festival the past three years, but just couldn't do it. My wife and I plan on taking our kids next year. Any input or tips for bringing a seven year old and one year old? I've always wanted to attend an event at this venue and am looking forward to next year! Rootikal, Are you from the band Rootikal based out of Oahu? If so, I look forward to meeting you in less than two weeks when we come out for our Hawai'i Tour. I play bass for Resination as well as The Kicks and we will be playing two shows on Oahu and two on Maui this trip. Nuff Respect~ Mikey J.by Mikey J. - SNWMF Phorum 2013

Nuff love and respect to Big Dan and Amy for their continued efforts to keep live music going. While I am not a big fan of the Reggae Rock sub-genre, I do support live music and the entire reggae community. The bands within this sub-genre sell tickets and as much as some of the people on this board hate it, it is the truth. I like to think of these bands as 'gateway' reggae bands. Quoteeric v The Green? Really? eric v Saw them live two weeks ago and they brought it! It may not be your cup of tea, but they actually threw down some rootsy tunes and their engineer dubbed it hard. They get better each time I see them live. So, yes The Green really. Mikey J.by Mikey J. - SNWMF Phorum 2013
The line-up this year is shaping up to be one of the best yet. Being of Polynesian descent, I especially love the large Polynesian presence this year, with Katchafire, House of Shem, Fiji, and J Boog on the bill. How about adding a couple more and bring The Green, Maoli, Inna Vision, and what many have been asking for, the great Paula Fuga?
