Yes all of my shows have a start time in the contract and length of show. An artists must fo fill the contact in full in order to be paid in full. If they get on stage late I simply deduct the amount from the settle out, but most managers want to be paid just before the artist hits the stage. This gives them a reason to be on time. I dont mean this in a bad way but I never thought Sierra Nevada would get a DJ like this, but it is a world music festival and the DJ/ Producers from the UK deserve some credit. From the sets Ive heard he has many styles. He plays some dope drum and bass and plays with some fun toys to keep the set interesting. If you dont about her I suggest you check her out. I had a few singles from her then had the chance to see her at Rebel Salute and she was amazing. You can say many things about SOJA, but as a reggae promoter I would put them up against any other JA reggae act and they will sell more tickets here in the US. Even The Green is selling out more tickets than most JA reggae acts. Damian Marley's manager contacted The Green to team up on a show because they didn't want to compete on the same night in the same town. That says HUGE things. I sayby Diesel - SNWMF Phorum 2013

Id love for this to make it up North. I'd really want to see and hear these custom systems. Has anyone on here been to one? Id love to hear about it. I also love to participate although my system is not custom made, we did buy each speaker to cover a different sound range and put together we have a great sounding system. I never really got being front and center. You need to be atleast 15-20 feet away from the speakers for a full sound wave to form. The highs should be clear in the front and center since thier sound waves are shorter, but to hear the full speck drum of sound you need to be back by the sound board. There is a reason is there. I'm curious what the sell out point is. The venue has seemed to get a lot smaller the past couple years with the attendance growing. I'm wondering how much longer the festival will fit at Booneville. It's going to sell out some time in the near future like Reggae On The River used too. This festival has been on a steady growth each each and the line up is growing with it.
